Our Return Policy

Engraved jewelry items cannot be returned.
Special Orders (Custom Pieces and Custom Items - Moissanite Tennis/Cuban and Solid Gold Items.) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns without a return authorization will be rejected upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.

* We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
*More than 14 days, exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
* Shipping is non-refundable.
* Only one return is allowed per order.
*Although some regions enjoy free shipping, we actually bear the shipping cost per order ($15-$30), so once refunded, shipping will not be refunded.
All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
**We will only reimburse or pay for return shipping if we make a mistake. For example: * The customer received the wrong item. * Goods are damaged and defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.)*
Please note, to be eligible for returns, the item must be in the original purchased condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.
To expedite the exchange of a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
If the package or item delivered to you is damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at support@agahiphop.com. Please keep all packaging materials unless otherwise instructed by theigt.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order.

If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs. Consumers do not pay any purchase fees for returned products.

How to prepare for a return or exchange
Start your return.
Arrange transportation and insurance.
Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
After receiving your return
Returns are processed on business days and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once in our system, you will receive a confirmation email reminding you that your return has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to complete.
If you wish to receive a refund, the line of credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to deposit funds into your account. Bank wire refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days after the return has been processed. Orders paid through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.
Please note that after a major holiday, larger returns may double normal returns processing times.
If you are expecting a return, you will receive an email after setting the outbound shipping date. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day it ships.
Cancel or change an order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact support@theigt.com. We will try to accommodate order changes until shipment is confirmed. Certain changes will result in delayed shipments. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations of special order requests and/or orders already shipped. Once the package is in transit, it is not possible to reroute the package to an alternate address. Please contact us if you wish to keep your package for pickup. If your order has shipped but you no longer need it, please contact us to set up a return after receiving your shipment.
