Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
Due to the current procedures we and our delivery partners have put in place to ensure the well-being of our team and customers, there are unavoidable delays, and deliveries may take a bit longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

Please note the below time frames do not include processing time prior to dispatch.
Processing Time
Processing time varies by product. Advanced custom orders may take 4-6 weeks, some popular styles are in stock and can be shipped within 48 hours, once the order is shipped, your PayPal email address will receive a shipping notification, informing you of tracking details and estimated delivery delivery date.

FOR AMERICAN ORDERS
STANDARD SHIPPING: 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS (FREE)
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS ($25USD)

Orders are usually only shipped Monday-Friday. Additional charges may apply for Saturday-Sunday deliveries. Delivery service is not available on holidays.

Multiple items ordered under one order may not always ship together. If an order has multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

FOR OTHER INERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide.
STANDARD SHIPPING: 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (FREE*)
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS ($30USD)

International Standard Shipping only applies to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan.
Other international orders are shipped via DHL Express for a flat rate of $30. Please send us an email at support@agahiphop.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. An international shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by aga. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, starring, excises, and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. aga has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local customs & duties offices for more information regarding excise duties.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 6-8 business days for domestic delivery.
All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
